Heavenly Father, I have sinned against You. I want forgiveness for all my sins. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for me and rose again, which provides me with the gift of eternal life. By faith I receive that gift, and I acknowledge You as my Lord and Savior. This I ask in Jesus' Name. Amen.

- The Bible says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).
- The Bible says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23).
- Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again" (John 3:3).
- Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6).
- The Bible says, "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord', and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved" (Romans 10:9-10).
- The Bible says, "And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him Who died for them and was raised again" (2 Corinthians 5:15).
- Jesus says, "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with Me (Revelation 3:20).
